§ Mrs. ChalkerFood provided under the Community's special programme for Africa will consist mainly of cereals and grain such as wheat or wheatflour, maize, rice and sorghum.. The programme will also include quantities of vegetable oil, pulses and sugar. The cost of the 400,000 tonnes programme is estimated at 140 million ecu—about £97.5 million.
