Friend to the European Commission's annual competition policy reports (part 3, chapter 1 and the annexes to the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th reports on competition policy), copies of which are available in the Library of the House. These list all formal investigations opened by the European Commission into state aids, including those for textiles and clothing, arid their outcome.
