To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will give his latest figures for the number of outstanding nurse regrading appeals at regional and at national level for each health district or NHS trust in(a) Yorkshire regional health authority and (b) Trent regional health authority; and when he expects all the regrading appeals to be completed.

At 31 May 1991 the number of regional clinical grading appeals in Trent regional health authority and Yorkshire regional health authority was as follows:

Information about regional appeals outstanding for each district or NHS trust in these regions is not available centrally.

At 31 May 1991 the number of national clinical grading appeals outstanding in Trent regional health authority and Yorkshire regional health authority was as follows:
