Graham from 44 Midland road, Bramhall, Stockport, in respect of possible offences related to promotion of organised dog fights.
§ Mr. Peter LloydI understand from the chief constable of Greater Manchester police that the police are aware of the publication "Pit Bull News". Together with the RSPCA, they have looked into the possibility of prosecuting the publication for offences relating to the promotion of organised dog fights, but have concluded that there is insufficient evidence for a prosecution to proceed.
