§ Mr. Nicholas BennettHealth authority chairmen are remunerated at different rates. These are currently as follows
Band 1—£17,610 per annumApplicable to Clwyd, Gwent, Mid Glamorgan and South Glamorgan and West Glamorgan Health Authorities.Band 2—£15,659 per annumApplicable to East Dyfed and Gwynedd Health Authorities.Band 3—£13,812 per annum312WApplicable to Pembrokeshire and Powys Health Authorities.All non-executive health authority members receive remuneration of £5,000 per annum. Executive members receive their appropriate NHS salaries.
