§ Mr. Michael Forsyth[holding answer 3 June 1991]: None. The Scottish Office Agriculture and Fisheries Department consulted interested parties, including the local fishermen's association. A licence for the pipeline, required under the provisions of part II of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985, was issued by the Department on 2 May 1991.
