§ Mrs. RumboldIt is regretted that the hon. Member's first letter of 25 September 1990 was lost at prison service headquarters during reorganisation and the reply not provided until the receipt of his further letter of 4 April. A copy of the reply was faxed to the House of Commons for the attention of the hon. Member on 23 May.
