§ Mr. Peter LloydThe National Association of Taxi and Private Hire Licensing and Enforcement Officers, the East Anglian Federation of Taxi Associations and the Association of District Councils have made representations directly to the Home Office. Of the remaining representations 51 were from hon. Members, some on behalf of other individuals or groups, and the rest from local authorities and members of the public.
