§ Mr. HanleyShould the Royal group of hospitals be successful in its application for HSS trust status, I would expect it like any other trust to provide better health care for patients. Staff transferring to trust employment retain their existing terms and conditions of service, but they and the trusts can negotiate changes at any time thereafter.
