§ Mr. Peter LloydI understand from the Commissioner that details of all juveniles reported missing in the metropolitan police district, except absconders from care unless they are considered to be immediately at risk, are now recorded on the missing persons computer at New Scotland Yard as soon as the report is received. Most absconders from care return after a few hours and the general practice is to record their particulars on the computer after 14 days.
