§ Mr. Peter LloydOn arrival at Hatfield on 18 May, General Pinochet was accompanied by 11 Chilean nationals. By arrangement under paragraph 1(1) of schedule 2 of the Immigration Act 1971, entry was granted by two officers from Her Majesty's Customs and Excise, St. Albans.
