What is the current value of the average amount paid in weekly additions in the last year of the supplementary benefit scheme for each of the following items: (a) disabled person heating addition; (b) special diet at (i) lower rate (ii) middle rate (iii) higher rate; (c) laundry; and (d) domestic help.
