§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryPrecise figures for the distribution of the fossil fuel levy between nuclear and renewables for the current financial year are not available. However, the capacity contracted within the non-fossil fuel obligation for nuclear for the current financial year is now some 8GW, compared with some 27MW for renewables. The distribution of the levy will be broadly related I o these capacities. It is not possible to give the corresponding figures for the next financial year, since the second non-fossil fuel obligation for renewables has not yet been made.
