§ Lord James Douglas-Hamilton[holding answer 22 July 1991]: There are 331 public water supply zones in Scotland assessed as meeting the requirements of the EC drinking water directive, which are now incorporated into the Water Supply (Water Quality) (Scotland) Regulations 1990. I will send the hon. Member a list of their names and arrange for a copy to be placed in the Library of the House.

§ Mr. Michael Forsyth[holding answer 23 July 1991]: Of the properties listed in my previous answer, the following areas of Forestry Commission land have now been sold. The names and sale price are given only in cases where the purchasers have given their consent to such information being made public.
