§ Mr. ScottAction on certain invalid care allowance and severe disablement allowance claims has been delayed pending the outcome of appeals. Following legal advice, arrangements are being made to ensure that all outstanding claims are now put to the adjudicating authorities and adjudicated. Where appropriate, payment will then be made as soon as is practicable.
