Mr. Doran

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the projected external financing limit for Grampian health board for each of the financial years 1992–93, 1993–94 and 1994–95.

Mr Michael Forsyth

Health board's resources and expenditure are not governed by external financing limits. Provision for capital expenditure by boards is made via annual capital allocations based on board's forecast expenditure plans.
