§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWe already co-operate closely with both independent Caribbean countries and our dependent territories in the region, through our aid programme and by assisting in regional security and drug interdiction. Official visits are frequently exchanged. I myself visited several Caribbean countries in December 1990 and April 1991.
