Mr. JacksonBudgets for training and enterprise councils are determined by the proposals which they set out in their agreed corporate and business plans within the limits voted by Parliament. In this financial year, TECs as a whole will have a budget of around £1.6 billion to meet the training and enterprise needs of their areas.
The TECs' rate of expenditure is a matter for them to determine, within the terms of their contract.
