§ Mr. Baldry[holding answer 22 July 1991]: The following information has been provided by the Government's Warren Spring laboratory. All figures are for 1989. They represent the amount of scrap used as a proportion of consumption. Figures may not have been constructed on comparable bases. Where a country is not listed, it is because the relevant figures are not available.
