§ Dr. MawhinneyThere is no consultation between the British and Irish governments, either under the auspices of the Anglo-Irish Inter-governmental Conference or by any other means, about the release on licence of any prisoner serving an indeterminate sentence.
§ Mr. TrimbleTo ask the Secretary of State for northern Ireland how many persons sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of civilians, whose murders were occasioned by political or sectarian motives, were released on licence in each of the last 10 years, indicating in each case the length of time actually served in prison.
