§ Mr. Kenneth BakerMr. William McCall, a former general secretary of the Institution of Professionals, Managers and Specialists (formerly the Institution of Professional Civil Servants), has accepted my invitation to serve as a member of the Police Complaints Authority. He will take up his post on 1 August.
