§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyGrading for the nursing, midwifery and health visiting professions is determined by the Nursing and Midwifery Staffs Negotiating Council, which agreed the current clinical grading structure, covering all three professions, in 1988. Any changes would be for the council to determine.
