§ Mr. ChopeThe minimum standards of equipment and personnel training for recovery services at trunk road and motorway roadworks sites are those recommended by the Association of Vehicle Recovery Operators. These standards are currently being reviewed jointly by the Department, AVRO and the Road Rescue Recovery Association.
