§ Mr. McLoughlinThe Community noted that arrangements concerning the use of Gibraltar airport had yet to come into effect and decided that the liberalisation measures should not apply to Gibraltar until the Gibraltar airport agreement, relating to such arrangements, had been implemented. This temporary suspension will be lifted as soon as the agreement is implemented.
