To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will list by education authority in London, in rank order, the percentage of all pupils gaining(a) one GCSE certificates of grade A to C, (b) two, (c) three, (d) four, (e) five, (f) six, (g) 7–10 and (h) 11 and above in 1990.
