§ Mr. BlunkettTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) how many of the responses he received to his consultation paper "A New Tax for Local Government"(a) supported and (b) opposed his proposals for council tax banding; and if he will publish a list showing which organisations were in each category;
(2) if he will publish a list of the organisations which submitted a response to his consultation document "A New Tax for Local Government";
(3) how many of the responses he received to his consultation document "A New Tax for Local 390W Government" supported the immediate abolition of the 20 per cent. minimum poll tax contribution rule; and if he will publish a list of the organisations and individuals who supported that view.
