§ Mr. YeoThe costs for residents vary from scheme to scheme and information is not at present assembled centrally. Housing associations are, however, required under the tenants' guarantee to ensure that charges to residents can be afforded by those on low incomes. The Housing Corporation also intends to keep charges to residents in special needs schemes under review as part of its monitoring of the new funding arrangements introduced this April.
