§ The Attorney-GeneralI can answer only on behalf of my own Department and those whom I superintend. The company to which the hon. Member refers has been the subject of a criminal investigation leading to one person being charged in Belfast. During the course of that investigation, investigators and lawyers have liaised as necessary with their counterparts in Gibraltar including the office of the Attorney-General.
