To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will make it his policy to publish the names of farms which have had contamination of dioxin in milk above recommended levels during the last year.

I have, with the permission of the farmers, passed their details to the hon. Member for Bolsover (Mr. Skinner).

To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, pursuant to his answer to the hon. Member for South Shields of 2 July,Official Report, column 132, if he will indicate the locations of the two incinerators where dioxin measurements in milk have been taken in their vicinity.

If our programme for measuring dioxin levels is to be effective, we must measure in a whole range of locations.

It is against Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food policy to provide information on specific sampling locations in this or any other programmes of regular surveillance.
