To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will list all roadworks currently being undertaken on the A303 trunk road.

§ Mr. Chope
[holding answer 17 July 1991]: Two improvement schemes are in progress on the A303; between Stockton wood and Chicklade bottom in Wiltshire and between Mere in Wiltshire and Wincanton in Somerset. Other minor repair works take place as necessary and vary from day to day.
