§ Mr. Yeo[pursuant to the reply, 9 July 1991, c. 312–20]: Local authorities report the number of their own dwellings which were empty at 1 April, and estimates of empty dwellings owned by other public sector bodies, housing associations and the private sector, in their annual housing investment programme returns (HIP 1). The available figures for London boroughs appear in the "HIP1 All Items Print" for each year since 1979, at the column references given in the table. 15W
