In which years this century the target of zero or negative inflation has been achieved.

Inflation, as measured by the 12-month rate of change in the retail prices index and its predecessors since 1914, has been negative or zero for one or more months in each year from 1921 to 1935 and in the years 1938, 1939, 1942, 1943, 1944, 1946, 1947, 1959 and 1960. Figures prior to 1914 are not available.
