To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will make a statement on the meeting which took place between his officials and the solicitor representing the three injured guardsmen.

The meeting provided a full and useful discussion on the merits of the case. MOD officials provided some further information to the solicitor and undertook to provide other information as requested.
