§ Mr. Douglas HoggUnder the Brioni agreement of 7–8 July Slovenia and Croatia have agreed to suspend for three months implementation of their declarations of independence. EC Foreign Ministers met in The Hague on 10 July and confirmed their support for the Brioni agreement. The EC has also agreed to support constitutional talks aimed at meeting the aspirations of all Yugoslavia's peoples.
