§ Mr. RedwoodCCL Assurance has told my Department that it has no equity shareholding in the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI). It has also provided me in confidence with information about the location of all its assets, including assets representing its policyholders' funds.
§ Ms. MowlamTo ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether his Department is carrying out an investigation into CCL Assurance, in connection with the closure of the Bank of Credit and Commerce International.
