§ Mr. RedwoodMy Department has received three complaints over the last three months alleging unfair terms in maintenance contracts for office equipment other than photocopiers. All three complaints have been about maintenance and leasing agreements for facsimile equipment.
I refer my hon. Friend to the answer that I gave him on 18 March 1991, Official Report, columns 23–24. That statement applies equally to all maintenance contracts for office and industrial equipment.
