To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will ensure that draft copies of the Fair Employment (Monitoring) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1991 are available to the House when it considers the draft Fair Employment (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1991.
