§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeParliamentary approval for my Department to make final payments for the Armenian school project will be sought in a winter supplementary estimate for the schools, research and miscellaneous services vote (class XI, vote 1). This will provide mainly for some minor remedial work to complete the contract liabilities. The expenditure will be offset by a saving440W elsewhere on the vote. Pending Parliament's approval, urgent expenditure will be met by a repayable advance of £7,000 from the contingencies fund.
