Mr. Simon Hughes

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list, for the last available year, the percentage of (i) paper, (ii) cardboard, (iii) ferrous metals, (iv) non-ferrous metals, (v) sump oil, (vi) mercury and (vii) cadmium recoverd as a percentage of consumption in(a) the United Kingdom and (b) each of the other European Community countries.
