To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how much aid is given by the United Kingdom to(a) Benin, (b) Burundi, (c) Comoros, (d) Equatorial Guinea, (e) Ghana, (f) Guinea, (g) Kenya, (h) Liberia, (i) Madagasgar, (j) Malawi, (k) Mali, (l) Mauritania, (m) Mozambique, (n) Myanmar, (o) Niger, (p) Sao Tome and Principe, (q) Sierra Leone, (r) Somalia, (s) Sudan, (t) Tanzania, (u) Togo, (v) Zaire, (w) Zambia, (x) Guinea-Bissau, (y) Guyana and (z) Nigeria.

Development aid programmes to Sudan and Somalia were suspended in 1991. Aid to Burma was suspended in 1988 and the amount shown for 1989 covered residual payments and ongoing costs of trainees already in Britain.
