To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will make it his policy that the Royal Air Force Red Arrows aerobatic team should provide a display for the regatta in Whitby, North Yorkshire as a duty engagement; and if he will make a statement.

Requests for displays by the Red Arrows are considered on an annual basis. The Red Arrows are scheduled to appear at the Whitby regatta on 10 August 1991, but no commitments can he made regarding future years.
