§ Mr. TrippierThe Joint Nature Conservation Committee (JNCC) provides advice on nature conservation matters which concern Great Britain as a whole or have international implications. The JNCC is considering whether it should co-ordinate the provision of advice on all offshore licensing applications for gas and oil.
