§ Sir Peter EmeryTo ask the Lord President of the Council what plans he has to conduct the trial to cover the proposals in the second report of the Procedure Select Committee for Session 1990–91 to deal with the documents required for Commons consideration of amendments from the Lords to Bills when they are considered by the House.
§ Mr. MacGregor[pursuant to his reply, 5 June 1991, c. 234] I propose to extend the operational trial to include all Bills returning from the Lords until the House rises for the Summer adjournment.
