§ Mr. LeighNo projects in the London borough of Hackney have so far been supported by the Government's inner cities task forces.
On 9 May last, I announced that we would open a task force in Hackney later this year. Programme expenditure in 1991–92 will be set in consultation with the task force leader when he or she is appointed, but spend in a full financial year is usually of the order of £1 million.
