Mr. Maxton

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list the alterations made to the budgets of Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise since the publication of "Meeting Scotland's Needs"; and what directions were given about the spending of those additional sums.

The alterations made to the budgets of Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise which are subsequent to the determination of the figures published in "Serving Scotland's Needs"—Cm 1515—are set out in the tables.
