§ Mr. Michael ForsythAs I said in my reply of 23 April to the hon. Member, the chairman of the inquiry into child care policies in Fife has finished hearing evidence from the parties concerned and my right hon. Friend hopes to receive the report in the near future. As soon as he has the report he shall make a decision about publication.
