§ Mr. John PattenTwelve local drugs prevention teams are in action under the Government's drugs prevention initiative, including one in Wolverhampton. Four further teams are in the process of being appointed or recruited. Discussions with local agencies in another four areas are taking place about the arrangements for setting up teams in those areas.
