§ Mr. MoynihanLord Cullen's direction was received by my Department on 12 June 1991. He directed that four fifths of the costs of part 1 of the Piper Alpha inquiry shall be paid by Occidental Petroleum (Caledonia) Ltd. A copy of Lord Cullen's direction and notes have been placed in the Library of the House.
