To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish a table to show for each magistrates court area, for the year ended 31 March 1990, the number of(a) summonses for domestic rates arrears, (b) defendants present, (c) defendants not present, (d) committals and (e) hours each court sat.
