My right hon. Friend last met Dr. Stoltenberg at the Eurogroup conference held in Washington on 24 and 25 June, which considered various themes concerning the future of the NATO alliance under the headings: "New Security Challenges and the Future Role of the Alliance", "Future Force Structures and the Arms Control Process" and "NATO's Strategy: Political Guidance, Alliance Policy and Concepts".
